We will send you emails relating to certain activities including when you request property information. We may send you email notices about new features, products and services. We may also send you email notices regarding service announcements containing important information about the services of highgarden.ai. You can unsubscribe to these notifications by following the 'unsubscribe' instructions at the bottom of the email you receive.

Job applicants. If your personal information is submitted through our websites when applying for a position with our company, the information will be used solely in connection with considering and acting upon your application. We may retain your personal information for a period of time, but only for the purpose of considering your application for current or future available positions. INDEMNIFICATION
User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Highgarden.ai LLC, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of the use of Highgarden.ai LLC by User or User’s Account.

TERMINATION
Either Highgarden.ai LLC or User may terminate this Agreement at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, Highgarden.ai LLC shall have the right to immediately terminate User’s Account in the event of any conduct by User which Highgarden.ai LLC, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by User of this Agreement.

REFUND, TRIALS AND MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Highgarden.ai LLC offers a 10 day month back guarantee on its purchases whether one time or subscription. The User has a full 10 days to satisfy themselves on the suitability of the service they have purchased. Within the initial 10 days the user can request a full refund at any time via our support service available at support@highgarden.com.
Refunds will be provided within 2 working days.

After the 10 days, the User is considered satisfied with their purchase and the money back offer is no longer available. Any subsequent renewals of service shall be made in full.

**Miscellaneous**

This Agreement, along with any operating rules for Highgarden.ai established by Highgarden.ai LLC, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all previous written or oral agreements between the parties regarding such subject matter. This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the UK, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any waiver by either party of any breach or default under this Agreement shall not be deemed as a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The section headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not have any legal significance.
